1) How big are the student apartments?
- From 17.4 m2 (1-room and kitchenette) to 50 m2 (2-rooms and kitchenette). There are also a few 3-room apartments of just over 40 m2 in Visättra.
The majority of the apartments are however one-room.
2) What does the kitchenette consist of?
In Björnkulla:
- A hob, a small fridge and a kitchen sink (there is a communal kitchen here).
In Flemingsberg C.:
- Three hobs, an oven and a fridge-freezer.
In Visättra:
- Two hobs, an oven and a fridge with freezer compartment.
3) How much is the rent?
- From 2,660 SEK/month to approx. 5,200 SEK/month for the largest apartments.
4) What is included in the rent?
- Electricity, heating, water and cable TV basic package (from Com Hem)
5) How many months’ rent must be paid?
- 12 months/year
6) What kind of communal areas are there?
- Communal kitchen in Björnkulla. Study room and meeting room in Flemingsberg and Visättra and meeting room in Flemingsberg. Laundry rooms are available in all of the student areas.
7) Is there broadband?
Yes, all apartments have the necessary equipment and there are two providers to choose between. It is up to students to contact com hem or Bredbandsbolaget to subscribe. For prices and other information, visit www.comhem.se or www.bredbandsbolaget.se

9) How are the communications in the area?
- From all three areas it is about a 10 minute walk to Flemingsberg station. The station is for commuter and national trains. Stockholm C is about 15 minutes away from Flemingsberg by commuter train.
There are also bus connections between the respective areas, the train station and Flemingsberg Campus.
10) What is the notice period on a student apartment?
- Two calendar months from 1/1 2007 (and in written form). If you moved in earlier then 1 January 2007 you have one month of notice.
